Edmund Sulzman is the Vice President of Hotel Operations for Palisades Hospitality Group. He oversees boutique and lifestyle hotels in Napa Valley and works on the development of new projects across North America. Edmund also leads his own hospitality-consulting group that specializes in the turnaround and optimization of unique lifestyle hotels world-wide.
Edmund was a volunteer in the spring of 2012 at FED in Khao Lak, Thailand. During his time in Thailand, with the broader FED team, he created a “critical path” to opening the Unified Learning Center. Additionally he assisted in Public Relations efforts associated with the Learning Center’s opening and helped to mentor and coach new Directors at the FED offices.
Edmund has worked in hospitality from a very young age, often working side by side with immigrant workers. He understands the challenges faced by individuals who are seeking refuge and independence in a foreign land. He has initiated and fostered a fair work place and has contributed directly to individuals and their families in achieving their personal goals.
Edmund has also donated his time and expertise to assist various non- profit organizations including Share Our Strength, Literacy Volunteers and the Louisiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Edmund has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and is a frequent volunteer for NY Cares, a volunteer organization based in Manhattan.
